Denver Beer Yoga Experts

Yogazo teaches pop up yoga classes at Denver area breweries, bars and wineries. Try beer yoga at Epic Brewing Company, or wine yoga at Infinite Monkey Theorem. Classes are also held the first and third Saturday of the month at 2pm at Denver Bicycle Cafe with a suggested donation of ten dollars.

GABF Medal Winning Brewery Yoga

These breweries have award winning brews and teach yoga moves.

Great Divide Brewing Company works with local Core Power Yoga instructors and Hoppy Yogi to host beer yoga in its RiNo Barrel Bar space. Classes are set to Dj music and are followed by social brews. GABF medal winning beers include the Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout, which won the gold medal for Chocolate Beer in 2013.

Station 26 caters to an active crowd - the abundance of space to park your bike is one reason this brewery is popular among cyclists. Special events include Bluegrass brunch the 2nd Sunday of the month, yoga classes set to live music, and crafts classes by Build and Brew.

The family friendly brewery boasts a large outdoor patio, which is great for bringing dogs and kids. Nosh on grub from rotating food trucks, and wash it down with their GABF award-winning Colorado Cream Ale. Station 26 is also Participating brewery in the Denver PubPass.

Comrade Brewing is home to yoga classes by Scorpion Fitness Center. Comrade is known for its Fresh Hop Superpower IPA, which has won GABF medals on multiple occasions. Scorpion Fitness and taches bend without breaking core workouts at Copper Kettle Brewing.

Diebolt Brewing hosts classes like fly tying, brewery yoga and live music shows. This Highlands craft brewery has won GABF medals for beers like the Braggarts Brown Ale American-Style Brown Ale (Silver 2014). Rotating food trucks and board games round out the fun at Diebolt.

Viewhouse Eatery is packed full of activities, food and beverages. This LoDo bar and restaurant has an outdoor astroturf volleyball court, bags/cornhole boards, basketball hoop, giant Jenga sets, giant Connect Four, and have outdoor movie nights in the summer. Summer is also the season for the brunch and Barre Code series.

Bring your own brunch to Woods Boss Brewing Company, a brewery that lets you bring in your own food. This brewery hosts a Sunday bends and beers yoga class 10:30am.

Alpine Dog Brewery has brewery yoga at 10:30am Sunday mornings.

New Terrain Brewing in Golden holds Tuesday evening yoga classes at 6pm.

Ratio Beerworks has a dog friendly beer garden with cornhole boards, live music and comedy shows, beer and yoga class the first Saturday of every month 11am by the Yoga Mat.
