Vice District Brewing - South Loop, Chicago
Updated July 2, 2017
Vice District is a South Loop brewery serving craft beer brewed on premise as well as rotating guest taps. The brewery is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday and guests are welcome to pair their beer flights with whatever food they want to bring in - food trucks are also parked nearby on many nights. Mondays are reserved for events, typically fundraisers supporting the local community. This neighborhood brewery has a membership program for those wanting access to special events and tastings.
Play Games
While Vice District has an impressive shelf of board games available to play including Scrabble, dominoes, and Cards Against Humanity (to name a few), we were most impressed with this Bevver who is cranking out an Etch-a-Sketch design:
And have you ever seen a dog play Battleship?
Jenga is always a bit nerve-racking...

It’s a Dog’s World
South Loop locals and Vice District regulars know that this brewery is a very dog friendly establishment, and you can see four legged visitors year round.
The pooch game is so strong here we have to post another one - it’s a total Dood bar:

Vice District Brewery holds Vinyasa at Vice yoga classes every other Sunday. These classes are popular enough that advanced registration is encouraged (and often required) to secure a spot.

While the brewery is not a sports bar, it is equipped with a large projector screen that will help you cheer on your local teams during important games.

This community-oriented brewery also hosts events like ‘my block my hood my city’ meetups, where these fine friends swapped food from their neighborhood:
