NOLA is a New Orleans inspired bar located in the historic Cole Neighborhood near downtown Denver.  Bar owner, Henry Batiste, is a New Orleans native and brings his grandmother's (Vivian) homemade recipes to Denver.  NOLA serves Cajun favorites from Gumbo and Etouffee, to Muffalettas and more!  NOLA strives to make each customer feel at home with that all important southern hospitality.
