Hoppy Drinks
Hopwater is a nonalcoholic, caffeine-free beverage made from hops. It can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a unique mixed beverage.
Hop Soda is made with Cascade hops and has a light, citrus taste with floral notes but without bitterness. Proper soda also makes hibiscus and coffee flavored sodas.
Koffucha

Golda Kombucha recently collaborated with Banjo Cold Brew to create a kombucha made with cold brew coffee instead of tea - meet Koffucha. This fall, Clearly Kombucha released the first fermented pumpkin spice concoction. While the Golda Koffucha is only available in Georgia, expect to see more coffee inspired kombucha experiments pop up near you.

Biodynamic farming is part of the organic agriculture movement and is similar to certified organic farming. The Demeter Association grants certification in the US to those using production and processing standards such as avoiding synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Biodynamic farming has an astrological side to it. Crops are planted and harvested according to a calendar specifying root days, flower days, leaf days, and fruit days.
