Hampton Social is a trendy River North spot and popular tourist destination in Chicago. The light airy atmosphere has an al fresco dining vibe even in the middle of winter. If you plan to go on a weekend, try to make a reservation in advance. Hampton Social is one of many bars with swings. There are hammocks and couches close to the windows that face Illinois Street.
Hampton Social is an aesthetically pleasing place with its nautical decor and lively atmosphere. It is a great place to go with your girlfriends to catch up and sip on a couple of drinks and have a ladies’ night. In fact, Hampton Social has one of the best happy hours in the city, including half-off pizza and specialty cocktails (happy hour currently runs Tuesday-Friday from 3-6 pm). It’s common to find the place full of young professionals after the workday ends and nightlife begins.
The signature Frosé is made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, rosé wine, and peach purée, and comes highly recommended. Frosé is a picture-perfect drink and after a few of those, you’ll be ready to take on the rest of your night. Hampton Social is home to so many different types of rosé so we recommend getting at least one glass. If you’re not sure which kind you’d like, be sure to ask your server for their advice.
