If you're looking to explore jazz talent, the Fulton Street Collective hosts a bi-weekly Jazz Art Collective event with live jazz, art and drinks. Performances are curated by Chris Anderson, house manager of The Green Mill, with help from Joe Lanasa, director of FSC.
Wise Owl has live music and BBQ on Friday nights.
Fado Irish Pub in River North has live music Friday and Saturday nights to prepare you for their early morning European futbol coverage.
The General in Logan Square hosts a weekly bluegrass brunch. Enjoy a smoked bloody mary or craft beer from a little glass boot. Thursday is cowboy jukebox night, and you can bring in your own vinyl records to play.
