Drink and draw is a relaxing activity for artists of all skill levels, and the Windy City has some great spots to let your pens and pencils loose. Read on for where to Drink and Draw in Chicago!

Spudnik Press

Spudnik Press is Chicago's independent print shop. They also host a monthly drink and draw night the first Wednesday of every other month. Spudnik's drink and draw nights feature a guest artist and have a theme each time. There is a suggested donation of $10 and the event is BYOB.

Township

The Drink and Draw Social Club is a social group of doodlers who typically meet at Township Bar in Logan Square. Township is also a music venue where you may see up and coming artists perform live music while you sketch.

Richard's Bar

Richard's in West Town has hosted Sketchy Hour for the Chicago Sketchbook Group, which meets monthly at rotating locations. Bring something to sketch with and something to sketch on, arrive late, leave early, and come as you are.

Emporium Arcade Bar

Emporium Arcade Bar has multiple locations around Chicago and has hosted drink and draw nights (but not on the regular). Check the Emporium event schedule for more info.
